Updated 16 June 2014

ORGANIZATION FOR MANŒUVRE

The following tables are taken from 'Artillery Training Volume 1, Pamphlet 2B, 1941, R.H.A AND FIELD REGIMENTS - BATTLE DRILL AND MANŒUVRE FOR THE RECONNAISSANCE AND OCCUPATION OF POSITIONS', dated 20th August 1941.  It is based on War Establishment in War Office letter 79/W.E./1934 (S.D.3) dated 25 February 1941.  The abbreviations are those of the originals.  This was the organisation when the three (8 gun) battery field regiment was created.
